The Jersey side have begun their first-ever campaign at national level with two wins and , external after easing to promotion last season.
Andrews admits that she has had to better herself as a coach as things have improved on the court.
"I've really had to up my game," she said. "Everything's videoed now so I spend time on the iPad looking at what other teams are doing to us.
"It's completely different tactics, so I've got to help the girls combat it.
"It's much much more physical and we've just got to get used to that.
"We're adapting to it as it's faster and you've really got to concentrate for the whole 60 minutes, whereas in the last couple of years we've had the luxury that we have dominated it."
