William Dunlop is back with Chris Dowd's CD/IC road racing team following his departure from Tyco BMW last month.
The Ballymoney rider will race for the team in the Supersport, Superstock and Superbike classes in the 2016 international road racing events.
Dunlop said: "I am really happy to be riding for CD/IC - Chris is someone I have rode for before, mainly in the 600 class where we had a lot of success.
"I'm looking forward to the challenge ahead in 2016."
He added: "I get on with everyone here and it feels like a second family to me."
Dunlop left the Tyco BMW team after they "mutually agreed to pursue different options for 2016".
"At his disposal he will have two 600 Yamahas and a special Yamaha R1 superbike, all built by renowned German engine tuner Marcus Eschenbacher," said Dowd.
"Plans for a superstock are also underway and will be revealed in due course."
