York Valkyrie captain Sinead Peach has signed a new two-year deal.
The 27-year-old hooker won the Woman of Steel award in 2023 before taking time out of the game in 2024 on maternity leave.
She helped Valkyrie reach the semi-finals of the Challenge Cup and Super League play-off semi-finals but missed the end of the league season with a four-match ban for using unacceptable language and questioning the integrity of a match official.
