Huddersfield Giants winger Sam Halsall will miss the rest of the Super League season after surgery on a wrist injury.
The 23-year-old has scored nine tries in 19 appearances in all competitions this season.
The Giants are ninth in the table with four matches left and cannot reach the end of season play-offs.
They host St Helens on Sunday.
