I'd say they have sorted it out, Dylan. Tottenham are looking dangerous now and a really good ball by Xavi Simons puts Destiny Udogie into space inside the box, but his cross-shot is batted away by Karl Darlow.

    Leeds 0-0 Tottenham

Leeds haven't lost at Elland Road in over a year - 23 games unbeaten since losing to Burnley in the Championship in early September 2024.

They started strongly here but Tottenham are in this game more now.

    Leeds 0-0 Tottenham

Mohammed Kudus is Tottenham's most dangerous player in these early stages and he briefly gets in behind down the right, but a good tackle by Noah Okafor stops him from doing any damage.

It was a great chance for Leeds and a big let off for Spurs. It's been a great first 10 minutes.

This could be a difficult game for Spurs today they haven’t had a great run of form. Leeds could snatch a point or even three!

In fact, Tottenham's first attack comes bang on 10 minutes as some nice build up play ends with Joao Palhinha driving a shot from the edge of the box well over.

Surely it has to be Man Utd singing to the Premier League trophy: 'We are never ever getting back together'.

The free-kick is fired towards the far post where Joe Rodon makes a run and smashes a header against the woodwork.

Very close to the opener for Leeds.

Leeds have started this game brightly and they have been doing all the attacking as Noah Okafor has his run down the left halted by a Pedro Porro foul. Leeds have a free-kick.

Anton Stach does well to lift the ball out wide to Noah Okafor with Spurs players appealing for a handball in the build-up.

Play continues and Okafor drives into the area, forcing the Tottenham defence to hit the ball out for a corner.

Leeds have been a danger from set-pieces this season and from the corner Stach's shot is deflected behind by one of his team-mates.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin charges after a ball down the right but is muscled off the ball by Micky van de Ven.

Good strength from the Tottenham defender.

Leeds United are led out by young mascot Noah, who sadly lost his sight after being diagnosed with lymphoma.

In August, however, he rang the bell to signal the end of his treatment and was invited for this match by his favourite player - club captain Ethan Ampadu.

The weather has been foul this morning and I got a proper soaking biking down to BBC Sport HQ in Salford Quays.

However, further along the M62 the weather seems considerably better, so much so that some Leeds fans are having to shield their eyes from the sunshine.

Still windy, however. Let's see how that affects this game.

  19. Why did Leeds not sign Manor Solomon permanently?published at 12:20 BST

    Leeds v Tottenham (12:30 BST)

    Adam Pope
    BBC Radio Leeds commentator

Tottenham's Manor Solomon has been the subject of several questions sent in via our 'Ask about Leeds' form, in particular why he wasn't loaned again or why Leeds haven't signed him permanently.

The situation with Solomon is that I understand Leeds United could have had him back on loan for a second spell from Spurs but decided to buy Noah Okafor from AC Milan instead.

Solomon's injury record in recent seasons I believe was a consideration why United were inclined not to seek a permanent deal for the Israel international.

The Seagulls, my amigos. A scouting system that tastes like la Burritos. James Milner, about as old as a Mosquito.
