    Warrington Wolves have edged past St Helens with a golden-point extra-time win at the Halliwell Jones Stadium to progress to the Super League semi-finals.

    Wolves will now meet Hull KR on Friday night.

    That leaves Leigh Leopards to take on decorated near neighbours Wigan in the other last-four showdown next Saturday.

    "I'm really happy we found away to win.

    "St Helens played tough tonight, they came here to play and had us on the back foot for probably 60 minutes of that game, so we are really pleased to be through to the next round and it's all to play for next week.

    "There was a lot of pressure, St Helens came here to play and we probably made some unforce errors and they played really well.

    "We have a lot to fix if we are going to win next week but the general feeling is that we are quite happy to be through."
