Marc Sneyd pops a kick over Leigh's defence.

It looked to have too much on it as soon as it left the half-back's boot.

Leigh, however, might be penalised here for impeding Stefan Ratchford as he tries to follow the ball in.

    Warrington 15-8 Leigh

Leigh very nearly invite a world of pain on themselves.

A sloppy pass is played in the 'general direction' of Lachlan Lam, who needs to dive to collect the ball.

The half-back did well not to spill it there, as Warrington were poised and ready to pounce on the error deep in Leigh's half.

It's nothing more than a penalty.

It is reviewed, and Owen Trout was found to make a fair attempted tackle before he was spun out of the contact to connect with Thewlis' head.

The referee has asked both captains to try keep their team-mates calm as the pressure and emotion builds.

You have to take your hat off to Leigh.

In the first half they were getting caught out with the drift defence and what you do with a drift defence is you show and go and that's what they've done on two occasions.

First one they were thwarted and this is a brilliant try. Great finish, good support play and good break.

Leigh have the try they need!

Gareth O'Brien scoots through a gap and has Warrington reeling.

He links up for Tesi Niu to finish.

Warrington did use their captain's challenge to check the try, but it counts and the Wolves lose the challenge for the rest of the match.

And for the second time today, the conversion is off the mark.

    That was fantastic defence.

They just found a way to stop them.

What a break it was down this right-hand side.

What a tackle from the wing man, he's come from the right-hand side to cover.

That is a good as a try.
