Wow. The pressure that Saints have put on, we saw in the first half when they have good ball they can break the York defence, and they have done exactly the same there.
The error came from York and has ended up with just desserts for St Helens.

Sandwiched in between those two scoring moments for St Helens was a long spell of York pressure, but Valkyrie have not yet been able to find a way through a wall of red and white shirts.
And when Saints created their best chance, they were clinical with it.

Faye Gaskin can't quite add the extras from the tee, but Saints have some breathing space and some reward for their excellent first-half defensive efforts.

Saints spread the ball to the left touchline and York's Carrie Roberts gives away a penalty for a high shot on winger Leah Burke, so Saints get a fresh set of six within five metres of the line.
