London Wasps swoop for Sale Sharks centre Chris Bell

Bell has made 18 appearances for Sale this season

Sale Sharks centre Chris Bell will join Wasps at the end of the season.

The 28-year-old former Leeds and Harlequins man has agreed a three-year contract that will begin in the summer.

Wasps chief executive Chris Thomas said: "We're delighted to be making another strong addition to our squad.

"We have a mix of both young and experienced players in our backline and Chris is a player we believe will offer us greater options in midfield."

Wasps' capture of Bell comes after the club agreed deals for fly-halves Nicky Robinson and Ryan Davis, from Gloucester and Exeter respectively.
