Leicester Tigers centre Billy Twelvetrees says their recent return to form has just confirmed the belief they can still win the Premiership title.
A disastrous start to the season saw Tigers second-bottom in the table, with five defeats from six league matches.
But they are now unbeaten in five games and won away at Gloucester, external on Saturday.
"We are the team that were in the Premiership final last season and we are good enough to be back there," Twelvetrees told BBC Radio Leicester, external.
The only game they have failed to win their unbeaten five-game run was the 24-24 home draw against London Irish, external.
Twelvetrees insists they never doubted their ability.
"This can uplift the confidence and the belief," he added following the win at Kingsholm.
"We've had two good wins in Europe and a good away victory against Gloucester in the Premiership which backs up the away win at Sale."
