Plymouth Albion secured a bonus-point win with their best performance of the season against Leeds Carnegie.

Leeds had the wind with them in the first half but Scott Frear and Ian Thornley tries were cancelled out by Wayne Sprangle and Paul Roberts scores.

After the break Leeds were twice reduced to 14 and Albion capitalised with two tries from Gareth Evans.

Ian Thornley pulled a try back for Leeds and Joe Ford kicked an injury-time penalty for a losing bonus point.
