Worcester have signed London Irish scrum-half Paul Hodgson on a three-year deal from the start of next season.
The 29-year-old arrived at the Exiles from Bristol in 2004 and has made 205 appearances for the Premiership side.
Hodgson made his England debut against Ireland in 2008, and was part of the 2011 Churchill Cup winning squad.
Warriors head coach Richard Hill told the club website: "Paul is a hugely competitive, positive and enthusiastic player who has a fantastic attitude."
Hill continued: "He has huge drive to win at absolutely everything he does.
"He is a scrum-half who is lively around the park, knows how to control a game and puts his body on the line for the good of the team.
"He is a great character to have on the field and I know his enthusiasm will be infectious and will impact on those around him."
Hodgson, who has scored 12 tries in his eight years with Irish, added: "Worcester Warriors are an ambitious club with a strong coaching set-up and a really developing playing squad.
"After meeting with Richard Hill I truly understood the aspirations of the club and I'm looking forward to playing my part in that development."
