Leicester Tigers flanker Julian Salvi says no-one at the club will get carried away despite last weekend's fantastic victory at Northampton.
Tigers moved up to second in the Premiership table with Saturday's 35-21 win at local rivals Northampton.
Salvi told the club's website:, external "We're in a good place at the moment.
"We've got some good bonus points in the last five games, but we're not getting too far ahead of ourselves. There are two important games to go."
Tigers are all but assured of a semi-final spot with two rounds of the season remaining, with a top-two finish and a home semi-final now very possible.
Salvi also paid credit to his team-mates for their stunning performance at Franklin's Gardens.
"It takes a massive effort from every member of the squad," he added.
"You go through the whole week in training working on the skills and the right mental attitude and then to bring them all into a big game like that was great.
"Credit to everyone for sticking to our guns, getting the four tries and playing some decent rugby against a very good side at such a difficult place to visit.
"We've got great depth and you know when you are one man down or someone is missing then the guys stepping up are going to do the job.
"That allows us to stay on the front foot. We know our jobs, we know our roles and when we get it right we are a very good team."
