Plymouth Albion secured their first win in this year's British and Irish Cup as they edged to victory at Aberavon.

Albion led 13-3 midway through the second half thanks to a converted try from Sam Matavesi and two penalties from captain Paul Roberts.

The Welsh side then scored a penalty and two tries through Ben Thomas and Richard Carter to lead 20-13.

But Albion hit back with a Wayne Sprangle try and Roberts's last-minute penalty to snatch the win.
