Ulster open Pro12 season with clash against Dragons

Ulster will open their Pro12 season with an away game against the Dragons on Friday 6 September.

The following weekend will see Ulster's first home game of the campaign against Glasgow on 13 September while they are away to Connacht on 21 September.

A busy opening month of games will conclude with a home contest against Treviso on 27 September.

As usual, Ulster will face Leinster in the Christmas period fixture at the RDS on Saturday 28 December.

Holders Leinster will begin their season with an away clash against the Scarlets on 6 September with Connacht at home to Zebre on 7 September and Munster hosting Edinburgh on the same evening at Musgrave Park.

Ulster will begin October with an away game against the Ospreys on Friday 4 October and following the Pro12 break for the opening Heineken Cup fixtures, Mark Anscombe's side will be then in action at home to Cardiff Blues on 25 October.
