Scarlet lock George Earle ruled out of Leicester match

South African lock George Earle will miss Scarlets' European Rugby Cup match with Leicester after taking a knock on the head in the 28-18 defeat by Toulon.
But coach Wayne Pivac hopes Wales international full-back Liam Williams will recover from a leg injury in time to face the Tigers.
Centre Regan King is back in training but won't play against Leicester.
"We hope to have him available for selection for next week but definitely not this week," said Pivac.
New Zealand international King is recovering from a hamstring injury, with Pivac confident he will be ready to face Zebre in the Pro 12 on 1 November.
In addition to the injuries to King and Earle, Pivac revealed that back row forward Rob McCusker has suffered another injury set-back.
He played for Carmarthen Quins on his comeback after a shoulder injury at the weekend, only to pick up a calf strain which has ruled him out again.
"He's just having a rotten run of luck with injuries," added Pivac.
Leicester opened their Champions Cup campaign with a 25-18 win over Ulster, but saw England international centre Manu Tuilagi pick up a groin injury which has ruled him out of the Scarlets match and the autumn international series.
