Australia's Tevita Kuridrani will miss Saturday's match against England at Twickenham with an ankle injury.
The Fijian-born outside centre, 23, sustained the injury in the second half of last weekend's 26-23 defeat against Ireland in Dublin.
Kuridrani arrived at training in London on Monday wearing a protective boot.
Coach Michael Cheika could select Kurtley Beale at outside centre for the game against England or bring in Adam Ashley-Cooper from the wing.
Ashley-Cooper admitted the defeat by Ireland, the team's second of the tour, having also narrowly lost in France, had given his team plenty to work on.
"The Irish did really well in terms of coming at us in the air, which we certainly weren't expecting," he said.
"Jonathan Sexton had a really good game in that area and he kicked to areas of the field where we weren't.
"That's an area we'll address this week during training so it nullifies any threats like that the English may pose."
The current tour is the first under Cheika who was brought in after Ewan McKenzie's resignation just days before Australia left for Europe.
Australia squad: Israel Folau, Adam Ashley-Cooper, Matt Toomua, Henry Speight, Bernard Foley, Nick Phipps, James Slipper, Saia Fainga'a, Sekope Kepu, Sam Carter, Rob Simmons; Luke Jones, Michael Hooper (capt), Ben McCalman, James Hanson, Benn Robinson, Ben Alexander, Tetera Faulkner, Will Skelton, James Horwill, Jake Schatz, Will Genia, Quade Cooper, Rob Horne, Kurtley Beale.
