Bath, Northampton, Wasps and Saracens have all been drawn away from home in the European Champions Cup last eight.

It is the first time since 1998 that England has had four clubs reach the quarter-finals of European rugby's top tier competition.

Saracens travel to Racing Metro, Wasps to Toulon, Northampton to Clermont Auvergne and Bath to Leinster.

Wasps and Saints have been drawn at home in the semis should they win their games over the weekend of 4 April.

Quarter-final draw (to be played 3/4/5 April)

Racing Metro v Saracens

Toulon v Wasps

Clermont Auvergne v Northampton

Leinster v Bath

All four clubs face difficult challenges though. Pool Four winners Bath, who recovered from losing their first two matches, take on three-time European champions Leinster in Dublin.

Aviva Premiership champions Northampton travel to Clermont after Saints lost 32-8 to Racing Metro on Saturday while Saracens will visit Racing after the English side lost 18-6 to Clermont.

Semi-final draw (to be played 17/18/19 April)

Toulon/Wasps v Leinster/Bath

Clermont Auvergne/Northampton v Racing Metro/Saracens

Wasps, who had to wait before confirmation of their progress as one of three runners-up, travel to reigning champions Toulon, who won Pool Three with five wins from their six matches.

In the European Challenge Cup, Exeter host Newcastle in an all Premiership tie, Gloucester take on Connacht at Kingsholm, London Irish host Edinburgh and Newport Gwent Dragons face Cardiff Blues in a Welsh derby.
