County Championship: Cornwall have learnt Lancashire lessons
- Published
Cornwall coach Ian Morgan says they have "learnt the lessons" from the last year's County Championship final defeat by Lancashire.
The two sides meet at Twickenham on Sunday for the third year in succession with Morgan's side hoping to avenge defeats in the last two finals.
"We believe that our defence this year is far better than it was. We look more organised and more hungry," he said.
Lancashire overturned a 23-10 half-time deficit to win 36-26 12 months ago.
"They did a good job on us last year, we went in at half time in the lead and they turned the tables on us so I'm quite looking forward to being able to put that right," Morgan told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"We've got a lot of new faces, but we have the likes of Damien Cook on the bench, Ben Hilton, Craig Williams, Lewis Webb, there's a lot of experience in good positions on the field and that's going to help us."
