Jersey Reds beat Ampthill in pre-season clash as Ross Adair scores twice

Championship side Jersey Reds made it two pre-season wins from two, with a 35-22 victory over National One outfit Ampthill.
The Reds were 21-5 ahead at half-time thanks to tries from Nick Haining, Ross Adair and Jack Macfarlane, with wing Sam Baker going over at the other end.
Ampthill made things uncomfortable with second-half scores from Joe Bercis, Will Goodge and Sam Hanks.
In between, Nick Campbell's try and Adair's second ensured a Jersey win.
They face Worcester Warriors at St Peter next Saturday in their final pre-season friendly ahead of their fifth Championship campaign.
