Bath and England wing Matt Banahan has been sidelined for three months with a knee injury, reports BBC Radio Bristol.
The 6ft 7in 29-year-old, who has won 16 England caps, has crossed for four tries in nine games this season.
Banahan, who has scored 50 Bath tries since 2007, picked up the injury after coming on as a replacement in Sunday's 21-20 loss at Harlequins.
Bath are third in the league table after nine games, six points behind leaders Saracens.
