Connacht rallied from 10 points down at half-time to earn a draw at Worcester and seal qualification from Pool Five of the European Challenge Cup.
John Muldoon and Niyi Adeolokun scored first-half tries for the Irish, who then levelled with Tiernan O'Halloran and a Craig Ronaldson penalty.
Worcester had control at half-time through two Perry Humphreys tries and one each from Sam Lewis and Josh Adams.
But Warriors missed three kicks at goal and then did not score after the break.
Worcester hoped to close the gap on the pool leaders and, despite the early sinbinning of Chris Pennell for a trip, looked on course to do so when Wales hopeful Adams put in Humphreys twice, first with a grubber and then a long pass, before scoring himself.
The try bonus point was secured before half-time, which Connacht reached down to 13 men after two yellow cards in as many minutes.
But, having held out at the start of the second half, the Irish province then completed their comeback to win Pool Five.
Warriors, who remain second, must now win their final game at Brive next Saturday to also book a quarter-final place as one of the three group runners-up.
