Saracens hopes of an instant return to the Premiership were put back on track as they beat Championship leaders Ealing Trailfinders 48-20.
Alex Lewington and Vincent Koch went over in the first half as Ealing got a penalty try and England captain Owen Farrell hit three Saracens penalties.
Koch and Welsh duo Aled Davies and Nick Tompkins went over after the break, with Shane Buckley replying for Ealing.
England captain Farrell kicked 23 points as he played the full match.
Ealing went into the game with bonus-point wins in all six of their matches, but they were no match for a Saracens side who started with 11 full internationals including the likes of England's Elliot Daly, Maro Itoje, and Mako and Billy Vunipola.
Ealing remained top and Saracens stayed third, one point off second-placed Doncaster and five behind Ealing who have both played one extra match.
The former Premiership and European champions lost their opening game of the season at Cornish Pirates after their enforced relegation last season due to breaches of Premiership salary cap rules.
However, Sarries have got bonus-point wins in each game since, including a 50-15 victory at Doncaster last week.
The top two sides in the Championship will meet over two legs in a final to see who is promoted back to the Premiership.
The second tier only began last month because of the Covid-19 pandemic with a shortened 10-game regular-season.
