Ethan McIlroy: Ulster full-back sustained concussion and facial fracture in Munster game

Ulster have confirmed that full-back Ethan McIlroy sustained concussion and a facial fracture during Friday's URC win over Munster at Kingspan Stadium.
McIlroy was taken to hospital after being knocked unconscious.
The player was able to walk off the field after being attended to by medics.
Munster's Shane Daly was sin-binned after the incident but McFarland said the tackle just short of the visiting side's line "wasn't malicious".
McIlroy was attempting to cancel out the first of Craig Casey's two first-half tries.
Ulster trailed 14-3 early on but tries from Jacob Stockdale and Nick Timoney, in addition to 11 points from Nathan Doak, helped them fight back to beat the United Rugby champions 21-14.
"He [McIlroy] was treated at the Royal Victoria Hospital Emergency Department and was discharged home on Friday evening," read a statement released by Ulster Rugby on Tuesday.
"The Ulster Rugby Medical team would like to thank their colleagues in the RVH for the excellent care and attention they afforded to Ethan, following his injury," it added.
