Richard Whiffin has made six changes to his Wales Under-20s side for their fifth-place semi-final contest with England at the World Rugby U20 Championship on Monday (14:30 BST).
Wales finished third out of the four teams in Pool B having lost to Argentina and France prior to beating Spain last time out to ensure they will finish between fifth and eighth at the tournament in Italy.
Jack Woods returns at full-back as Osian Roberts and Steffan Emanuel form the centre partnership.
Tighthead prop Sam Scott starts for Wales at the Stadio Luigi Zaffanella, Viadana as Kenzie Jenkins comes into the second row.
The other change sees Dan Gemine start at blindside flanker in the absence of Gloucester's Deian Gwynn who is unavailable due to HIA protocols.
England's young guns have won their previous four matches against Wales in the World Rugby U20 Championship, although Whiffin's side stunned England in the final round of this year's Six Nations - winning 23-13 at Cardiff Arms Park.
"We got some very good things right in that game (Six Nations), but this game will be very different," said Whiffin.
"But we can certainly draw on the fact we caused them a lot of trouble in Cardiff when they were under pressure where we managed to stay on top of them.
"There is opportunity there but let's not forget they are a very good team; they'll be disappointed they didn't make the top four themselves so I'm sure they will be fully loaded and looking to get one over us but it's a great challenge for us and one to get the boys perfectly up for.
"They are a good team, and the mind sharpens the focus for the boys knowing we have got to be at our best to get the result we want."
