Bath coaches Lee Blackett, JP Ferreira and Richard Blaze have all signed new "long-term" deals to stay with the Premiership club.

The trio have been part of a rapid transformation at the club in the past three seasons under head of rugby Johann van Graan

Bath are currently top of the Premiership table and have scored the most points of any club in the league.

Defence coach Ferreira moved to the club from Munster alongside Van Graan in 2022.

Former Wasps head coach Blackett joined as attack coach, and former Leicester player and coach Richard Blaze both joined in May 2023 as attack and forwards coach, respectively.

"We have a group here that really trusts each other, and that is so important. Especially in the coaching team," Blackett said.

"There is a real feeling that we are all in this together and we all want to win together as a group.

"I'm so pleased to renew with the club, and I'm so excited to continue the journey."

Van Graan said that "continuity" in the coaching staff had been an asset to the club in recent years.

"Each of them has added to the journey that we've been on," Van Graan said.

It's only our second year together as a coaching group, so it's exciting and encouraging to see where we, as a group of coaches, can take this team."
