Glasgow get a penalty of their own as Josh McKay is interfered with when fielding a kick.
It's kicked to the corner and Johnny Matthews has his first throw. He hesitates, and it's another penalty to Bulls.
Perhaps some early nerves.

Bit of an easy three points at the start of the game. It's not the worst thing for Glasgow to get the ball back and kick deep into Bulls territory.
It was Kyle Steyn who committed the infringement, on Glasgow's 10m line roughly.
Johan Goosen steps up and slots it. Glasgow behind after 95 seconds.
The Bulls get us under way in Pretoria... and after 30 seconds, Glasgow get on the wrong side of referee Andrea Piardi.
Not the best start.

The marching band is out, the pyrotechnics are firing into the night sky, and 53,000 fans are about to roar the teams onto the field.
Incredibly, Ryan Wilson and Bakkies Botha are carrying it out onto the pitch.
Moments away.

Glasgow will be well prepared. I think Sione Tuipulotu mentioned it last week after Munster, how they stuck to the plan. It's key, it's not about constraining the team, it's about giving them the freedom to go out and execute the game plan.
I think Glasgow will be really well drilled this week. I don't see them making many changes. Both teams are just really well drilled in how they play rugby and I think it'll be a really interesting contest tonight. I do think Glasgow will go out of the blocks fast. I think they will use the tempo to try and level the scores in term of altitude.

Bulls' head coach Jake White told Premier Sports: "Without being arrogant, I'm hoping the lesson we learned two years ago will motivate us.
"It is the first time we've played at home, in front of 53,000 Bulls supporters. You'll see first hand just how special that is.
"When you walk out and it's sold out, especially when they've been watching the Boks, you can just imagine how vocal they will be in the next two hours.
"I know Franco [Smith] well, I've known him from school, coached when he was in the Springboks side. He will know more than anyone this week, a lot of talk this week about him being here, he will know more than anyone what it means to play for the Bulls."

Glasgow Warriors head coach Franco Smith tells Premier Sports: "We did everything to get here and most of the prep this side of the water. Happy to have everybody here reasonably fresh. Recovery was the most important ingredient.
"I'm grateful it's out here, a lot of familiar faces and a similar atmosphere to what I experienced as a player. Our guys can embrace it.
"It's a mixture of everything. Hopefully not too much nerves, more about excitement. I can see a clarity, a calmness and control that's needed.
"A lot of c-words being used to make sure that we don't get ahead of ourselves."

"A tough ask" is how former Scotland head coach Ian McGeechan described Glasgow's challenge this evening.
"Munster one week, Pretoria the next. It will be a massively physical game and it’s at altitude, so they know they need to be at their best, as they were against Munster.
"I’ve been impressed by Glasgow. In the past we would say Scottish teams have played well but they’ve given points away. Glasgow, now, are playing really well under pressure and taking the points when they are there."
"If you win the competition then you’ve taken the last step – and that’s sometimes the biggest one," McGeechan added.
"If you get players that are used to doing that, it has a knock-on effect to the national team and that’s hugely positive."
Glasgow's Pro12 triumph in 2015 was the Warriors' last major silverware and flanker Chris Fusaro was that team that downed Munster.
"The whole of Glasgow just came to life when we won that final. For everyone that came on the journey with us, our friends, our families, the city, it was absolutely incredible.
"They managed to silence Thomond Park last weekend against Munster and if you can do it there then you can do it against anybody.
"Inside the Glasgow players will be very nervous but the underdog mentality will help them, it's something they'll relish."

What’s going to be the challenge is the physical onslaught the Bulls will throw at you.
They play quickly with big, physical players. Glasgow need to force Bulls to play poorly and then strike.
If Glasgow are able to break the line in midfield, they’ll get on the front foot. If they can’t beat that flying defence, that’s where they’ll be under pressure.

We asked some Glasgow fans how they were feeling before kick-off. Here's what they had to say...
Euan: We have a good chance despite the travel, heat and altitude issues. The quarter-final and semi-final wins show a knockout-rugby maturity that was absent last year. As Franco [Smith] says, attack puts you in a position to win finals but defence wins them.
Graham: It'll be a brutal match with both sets of players going at it hammer and tongs, so the result is likely to come down to one or two pieces of inspired play. My concern is the Bulls may have the players to do that when it really matters in the dying embers of the game.

It's going to be hard. Bulls are a good side, a big physical team, they're very South African in the sense that they play a very aggressive physical game. Glasgow are good enough to match their physicality and maybe they could spring a surprise.
The one advantage Glasgow have is that they played Bulls about five weeks ago. They lost the game but the last 20-25 minutes, Glasgow were good and came back from a big deficit and almost stole the game.

Glasgow Warriors head coach Franco Smith says his side have "learned a lot of lessons" after their disappointing loss in the Challenge Cup final last season.
"We've taken some of those learnings into our pre-season and we took it through the whole season and could apply some of them already. We're looking forward to facing this next challenge."
"We've learned a lot from last week's game," he added. "There was 20,000 Irish supporters at Thomond Park and it could have been intimidating, but we've taken a lot from that in our preparation for this week.
"We know we're going to face a pretty hostile crowd over here as well, it's double the number that we saw last week."

Bulls head coach Jake White sprung a surprise inclusion in his Bulls XV, naming Springbok winger Kurt-Lee Arendse despite the flyer missing the semi-final with a facial fracture.
However, full-back Willie Le-Roux has not recovered from concussion sustained in that semi-final win over Leinster.
They remain without injured Bok winger Canan Moodie, while top try scorer Akker van der Merwe makes up a spot on the bench.

For the first time in the club's history, Glasgow have named the same XV for the third week in a row.
Tom Jordan plays his 50th Warriors game, while George Turner and Oli Kebble will make their last appearance if called upon from the bench.
The only changes in the squad for the final are Nathan McBeth and Duncan Weir being named among the replacements at the expense of Murphy Walker and Ross Thompson.

Good afternoon rugby fans, and welcome to our coverage of the URC final.
Glasgow are out in Pretoria with a shot at silverware, as they go up against the Bulls at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
They're the underdogs alright. The altitude, the Bulls physicality, the vociferous sell-out crowd. It would be some feat if they were to do it.
Let's have a look at the teams.
