Nice control and patience and then power from Edinburgh to execute from the lineout having botched two earlier attempts.

They're motoring. Next season has to be a big one for Magnus Bradbury. The guy is too big, too powerful, too talented to be the forgotten man of the Scotland set-up.

Consistency has always been his issue but he's been very influential in recent months.

He wasn't going to be stopped there. Edinburgh need to keep their foot on Ulster's throat here.

Cometh the moment, cometh the man. Two wasted close-range lineouts but never mind - Darcy's here.

  18. Brilliant atmosphere, tense beginningpublished at 19:42 British Summer Time 16 May

    Edinburgh 0-0 Ulster

    Tom English
    BBC Scotland's chief sports writer

It's kind of criminal that Edinburgh with all their resources are in the position they're in tonight - having to win, probably with a bonus point - just to make the top eight.

Capital city club, stadium packed, huge potential. If only they could get their act together.

Maybe tonight is the start of something. Tense beginning. Really good atmosphere. Lots of Ulster folk around.
