Scotland captain Rory Darge tells Premier Sports: "Samoa were outstanding, we knew they would be tough opposition.

"The things we did better around the breakdown and discipline made the game smoother for us - delighted with the performance.

"The support is great. When it's on the other side of the world, it's even more impressive."

Samoa try to finish on a high as they earn a lineout in Scotland's 22, but there's a clear knock-on and Gregor Townsend's side should close it out from here.

    George Turner

Try number seven for Scotland and it comes from George Turner.

Much like their opening score, it's a hooker who goes over at the back of a powerful rolling maul.

George Horne does the rest of the tee.

Just when I say it looks like Scotland are running out of steam, they spring to life in attack.

Samoa take a bouncing ball back over their own line and the Scots have a 5m scrum as a result.

The steam has come out of Scotland's performance in the past few minutes and Samoa sense that, piling forwards in attack.

However, Scotland get away with it as Samoa are pinged for obstruction.

    Direct, wasn't it?

Scotland had this covered, they got the bodies in front, but they didn't wrap up in the tackle. Adam Hastings and Matt Fagerson almost tackle each other.

Good awareness of where the line is.

    Duncan Paia'aua

    Scotland's defence is breached again.

The visitors did well to repel waves of Samoan attack, but Duncan Paia'aua spins out of a tackle and stretches out to score.

    Jacob Umaga nails the conversion.

    "Grant."

The referee and Grant Gilchrist get to know each other on the hour mark, as Gilchrist takes the armband with Rory Darge off.

Scotland do well to recycle and maintain pressure under some good defence. Fergus Burke does well not to panic and throw the offload straight away, he takes his time and lets the picture unfold.

Andy Onyeama-Christie had a couple of massive carries as well. Hit hard but he was prepared to go again and make those extra yards.

A lot of the defence is good and Scotland are being asked the question - can you keep possession and take the opportunities?

    At the moment, they are.

    Kyle Rowe

Fergus Burke goes to the line and somehow offloads from the ground to find Kyle Rowe out wide.

The full-back acrobatically dots down in the corner before George Horne's conversion attempt bounces clear off the left-hand upright.

George Horne was trying to keep it alive, pushing it back infield. Was the ball out of play? I'm not sure.

Horne shouldn't throw the pass anyway.

It's a knock-on from a Samoan hand as well. It might be chalked off... but it's going to count.

Sloppy from Scotland and Samoa are on the board.

George Horne chucks the ball wide inside his own 22, Kyle Rowe is bundled to ground and the ball pops out.

Horne throws the ball back in field to avoid a lineout, but it's straight to Benjamin Nee-Nee, who has the simplest of finishes.

    Almost a fifth Scotland try.

Kyle Rowe hacks through a loose ball and has the pace to get on the end of it.

However, the bounce of the ball isn't kind and Samoa escape with a goal-line drop-out.

    Away we go again.

George Turner, Nathan McBeth and George Horne have all come on at half-time. Jamie Dobie shifts onto the wing with Horne at scrum-half.

Ewan Ashman and Rory Sutherland have been brought off before they link up with the Lions in Australia, while Kyle Steyn is also off.
