    Watching here in Germany whilst reading the BBC live feed. German commentators noted that even the defeated teams go home uplifted by this world cup.     I remembered the hurt from losing in New Zealand last time. The Roses have played at a higher level consistently and beaten all comers, with no quarter asked or given. The bar has been set for the next few years. Amazing performance. Well deserved
