England are going to have to thank their forwards. They've consistently got them out of pressure moments.

'She hasn't eaten crisps for THREE YEARS' is a snippet of commentary there. Ha ha! Not sure who that applies to but a sacrifice we can all buy into as England's defence again comes up big.

That was the moment. Canada absolutely had to score. They had England under pressure, right under the posts. They had to score.

Canada are showing up. It's the pace that they play, they play so well when they do this. They're so dangerous. They're stressful to watch as an England fan.

That was the fear for England. Teams have been exposing them out wide with quick hands previously in this tournament and off first-phase ball and with nothing particularly special in terms of a backline move, Canada put in Asia Hogan Rochester.

When you tackle a player and lift them up above the horizontal you have to bring them down nicely. Once the legs go above the horizontal you are looking at foul play, it is the landing that decides the grade of punishment.

Really clinical stuff from Canada, when they connect like that, is there a better team in rugby that look that free-flowing?

That's what we wanted to see more of in the first half.

Good attack by Canada. It is accurate, on the money, it was a good finish.
