  2. 'It was a proper battle'published at 21:56 British Summer Time 17 May

    FT: Leinster 13-5 Glasgow Warriors

Leinster head coach Leo Cullen speaking on Premier Sports: "You could see how physical it was.

"Glasgow pitched up and it was a proper battle, which was good.

"Both sides maybe didn't execute but overall we're pleased to get the win. It wasn't perfect."

On facing a Scarlets side who beat them last month in the quarter-finals: "We have to make sure we get our mindset right and bring the right intensity.

"They had a clever gameplan [in the game last month] and we've to make sure we learn from that.

"Hopefully we get a big crowd and the guys put on a proper performance."

  3. 'I thought we could have won this one'published at 21:52 British Summer Time 17 May

    FT: Leinster 13-5 Glasgow Warriors

Glasgow Warriors head coach Franco Smith speaking on Premier Sports: "We're disappointed with the result definitely but with the effort I'm super proud.

"I'm really proud with the way we've gone about our business today and I thought we could have won this one."

On Sione Tuipulotu's half-time substitution: "It's his first game back, we always intended to play him for just about a half anyway.

"He had a little bit of tightness around the legs, nothing serious.

"We just decided to make the call at half-time."

On a quarter-final against the Stormers: "We know that they'll come to Scotstoun having missed out there last year so a big couple of weeks ahead for us.

"Looking forward to a last game at home."

  4. 'Close to Test-match standard'published at 21:37 British Summer Time 17 May

    FT: Leinster 13-5 Glasgow Warriors

Leinster captain Jack Conan speaking on Premier Sports: I think we threw away a lot of chances, myself included.

"It was a little loose but you don't want it all your own way at this stage of the season.

"We've been guilty in the past of just rocking up and getting wins when not performing.

"That was tough out there. That felt close enough to Test-match standard.

"It was physical and we had to dig in. That stands to you later on in the season.

"Happy with the lads' performances. Lots to work on but can't complain."

  5. 'It had the feel of a knock-out game'published at 21:34 British Summer Time 17 May

    FT: Leinster 13-5 Glasgow Warriors

Player of the match Tommy O'Brien speaking on Premier Sports: "An unbelievably physical game. We knew it was always going to be.

"After the game a couple of weeks ago, we knew they'd come out hurting and we could see that from the physicality that they brought.

"It had the feel of a knock-out game even though it wasn't. It's a great test for us and it's getting us ready for the games that are coming."

  7. Full-time - Leinster 13-5 Glasgow Warriorspublished at 21:28 British Summer Time 17 May

A tight game that was high on physicality if lacking in accuracy at key times.

A win for Leinster, who were already assured of top spot.

For Glasgow, the return of Tuipulotu was surely the biggest positive.

  8. Penalty - LEINSTER 13-5 Glasgow Warriorspublished at 79 mins

    Ciaran Frawley

    That'll seal it.

Leinster go through14 phases and it's more great defence from Glasgow close to their own line.

But they're offside and it's a penalty to the hosts.

Ciaran Frawley knocks it over and it's a two-score game in the final minute.

    Leinster 10-5 Glasgow Warriors

    Time just ticking away here...

Leinster get a scrum penalty from a set-piece awarded after the officials mistakenly thought the ball had gone into touch.

    That sort of second-half, really.

    Leinster 10-5 Glasgow Warriors

Tom Clarkson with a breakdown turnover and Leinster kick the penalty a mile, right up to the edge of the Glasgow 22.

A score here would be huge...but now they turn it over!

Ronan Kelleher's throw sails over the line-out and Glasgow have it.

    Leinster 10-5 Glasgow Warriors

Another Glasgow line-out in Leinster territory, another turnover.

It's Ryan Baird who gets up to spoil things.

The Ireland flanker hasn't had the best day in terms of his handling but that's another important intervention.

  12. Postpublished at 61 mins

    Leinster 10-5 Glasgow Warriors

Some contrasting line-out work from Ryan Baird there.

First he gets up to bat back Glasgow's throw onto his own side but, after the ball is knocked to touch, he's pinged for a hand on the arm.

Oh, but it's an overthrow and the Warriors are turned over again.

    George Horne

That's a super score from Glasgow!

Sebastian Cancelliere looks for all the world that he's losing his balance but as he goes to ground he somehow pokes the ball forward with the boot.

Replacement George Horne is on hand to dot down for Glasgow's first points of the evening.

Adam Hastings can't convert but we're back to one-score game in Dublin.

  14. Penalty - LEINSTER 10-0 Glasgow Warriorspublished at 55 mins

    Sam Prendergast

    As you were!

After Glasgow thought they'd got away with that one, they concede a penalty against the head in the scrum.

A shout of 'Yes, Boyler' is heard on the ref mike for replacement loose-head Jack Boyle.

    Prendergast knocks it over.

    Leinster 7-0 Glasgow Warriors

Leisnter think they have a penalty for a breakdown infringement but, just as Sam Prendergast calls for the tee, the TMO calls down having spotted a Jack Conan knock-on prior.

    Scrum to Glasgow instead.

    Leinster 7-0 Glasgow Warriors

And this time it's Baird who can't hold the ball as he looks up and sees the line in front of him.

Credit Glasgow for forcing the errors but Leo Cullen won't be happy with his side's accuracy to start this second-half.

  17. Postpublished at 48 mins

    Leinster 7-0 Glasgow Warriors

Tommy O'Brien, who has been so impressive in recent months, is on the move again!

It looks like the break will lead to a try but, under pressure from Hastings, Prendergast loses the ball forward as he stretches for the line.

  18. Postpublished at 46 mins

    Leinster 7-0 Glasgow Warriors.

Tommy O'Brien injects a bit of life into things with a pacy break, but it comes to nothing.

Leinster will go again from 10 metres into Glasgow's half.

  19. Postpublished at 44 mins

    Leinster 7-0 Glasgow Warriors

A sloppy start to the second half summed up by Sam Prendegast missing his touch from a penalty.

    Not particularly close, either.

  20. Kick-offpublished at 40 mins

    Leinster 7-0 Glasgow Warriors

The second half is under way and that's all we'll see of Tuipulotu on his return from a pec injury.

He's replaced by Jordan for the remainder of the game but a really strong performance after a few months out.
