A bit of needle to start!

Leinster produce a big bit of maul defence but the celebrations are cut short.

Following a bit of afters, Dan Sheehan comes in with a shove to draw a whistle from Ben Whitehouse and Glasgow can go straight back to the corner.

It will be a surprise to nobody that RG Snyman has been a disruptive influence in these opening minutes.

These two are well familiar with each other having met here as recently as last month.

That was in the Champions Cup quarter-finals with Leo Cullen's side running out 52-0 victors in an eight-try performance.

Leinster v Glasgow Warriors (19:35 BST)

The big news before this one is that Scotland centre Sione Tuipulotu will make his return from injury.

Tuipulotu, 28, missed the entire Six Nations campaign with a pectoral injury, but has been named in Andy Farrell's Lions squad to tour his native Australia this summer.

His return for the play-offs is a huge boost for the Warriors.

Leinster have made nine changes from their record URC win over Zebre last week and Leo Cullen has named a strong squad despite the low stakes for his side.

Academy scrum-half Fintan Gunne, who starts in the nine jersey, will be one to watch, though.

Leinster Rugby: Keenan; T O'Brien, Henshaw, Barrett, J O’Brien; Prendergast, Gunne; Porter, Sheehan, Clarkson, Snyman, Ryan, Baird, Penny, Conan (capt).

Replacements: Kelleher, Boyle, Furlong, Mangan, Deegan, McGrath, Frawley, Osborne.

Glasgow Warriors: Rowe, Cancelliere, Jones, Tuipulotu, Steyn, Hastings, Afshar; Bhatti, Stephen, Richardson, Oguntibeju, Samuel, Duncan, Darge, Ferrie.

Replacements: Hiddleston, McBeth, Walker, Du Preez, Cummings, McDowall, Horne, Jordan.

  7. What's at stake?published at 19:21 British Summer Time 17 May

Leinster v Glasgow Warriors (19:35 BST)

After Munster, Edinburgh and Scarlets were confirmed in play-off spots throughout the weekend so far, all we have left to decide is who will play who when the knock-out stages get underway in two weeks' time.

Leinster are already confirmed to finish the season in top spot but don't yet know whether they'll face Scarlets or Edinburgh in the quarter-finals.

Glasgow start this one in third place and, depending on the result here and the one between the Sharks and Scarlets - presently 3-3 at half-time - could still face any of the Stormers, Munster or Scarlets.

Still plenty to sort out, then.
