Just to give you a flavour of the pre-match pitchside entertainment so far in Brighton.
We have had a microphone-wielding presenter roaming into the stands to conduct a karaoke version of Abba's Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, various gargoyle face filters applied to innocent fans by the stadium big screen and, I think, a fan approaching the England replacement bench to offer some homemade baked goods. TMS-style.
After an inspection from a security guard, the cake box was taken down the tunnel.

Geoffrey and daughter Anna are decked out in the green and gold.
Geoffrey is originally from Sydney, but now lives in Kent. Anna, who was brought up in the UK, has just got back from living Down Under.
Any split loyalties for her?
"No, I was brought up right!," she says.
Although she admits that it is women's sport where she wavers most and gets closest to supporting England. Hannah Botterman's no-nonsense vibes are the big draw which would convince to back the Red Roses.

As an England fan the most important thing is the win then a ruthless performance which may dump Australia out of the World Cup. 75 points clear is a challenging target for England but they are hitting their straps in time for the quarter finals.

'I was taken aback' - Matthews surprised to be given England captaincy
England number eight Alex Matthews says captaining the Red Roses in the Women's Rugby World Cup on Saturday in front of her father - who has terminal cancer - "means everything".
The 32-year-old was named skipper for her side's final pool match in Brighton against Australia, with regular captain Zoe Aldcroft recovering from a knee injury sustained in the opening game.
Having got the all-clear from prostate cancer in 2014, Matthews' father, Dave, was diagnosed again in 2023 and this has since become terminal., external, external
He will watch his daughter in Brighton for the first time live at this World Cup and Matthews told BBC Sport: "I think my dad will be pretty emotional.
"This will be my family's first World Cup game. My dad hasn't been too comfortable travelling far lately because he's been ill, but he's made it this weekend.
"He's excited and now wants to come to every game - he's definitely caught the fever.

Tatyana Heard on her formidable centre partnership with Meg Jones. The pair have been John Mitchell’s regular midfield combination.
“We are polar opposites, Meg brings so much energy and I bring calm,” Heard told BBC Sport.
“Less so on the field but definitely off it. Meg is a bright spark around the place and always wants to have fun with the girls, making jokes. I just like to laugh along.
“We are different characters but it works well on the field.
“Meg is more of a leader than I am, she is a leader in the defence.
“If I’ve got something important to say then I’ll say it but generally I go with the flow.”
