We are having a look at a shoulder to the head of Addison from RG Snyman and it doesn't look great for the big South African...

However, no card as the officiating team believe that it is only a penalty. Can't help but feel Munster and Snyman have got away with one there.

The home fans will have their eyes on Billy Burns this evening with Ulster's starting ten moving to Thomond Park next season.

Indeed, when the former Gloucester man is next here, it'll likely be in Munster red.

Ulster have moved to replace him this week, confirming that Aidan Morgan will join from the Hurricanes.

"It’s exciting for Aidan coming here," said Ulster's assistant coach Jonny Bell.

"For all the younger players it’s good for them to know that we’re trying to build and bring some younger players in to bolster the more experienced players that we have.

“I’ve spoken to a few people out in New Zealand and they are very sorry to lose him. He is just going to get better and better."

    Munster v Ulster (17.15BST)

Ulster have been forced into another alteration to their planned XV.

Ethan McIlroy is out with Stewart Moore taking his place at full-back.

Dave Ewers comes onto the bench, seeing the visitors switch to a 6:2 split.

  6. Another twist in the talepublished at 17:06 British Summer Time 1 June

    Munster v Ulster (17.15BST)

The Bulls have scored a late try and beaten the Sharks with a bonus-point.

They go top of the league but it doesn't change things for Munster, a win, or a draw with four tries scored, sees them finish top.

For Ulster, it means if they don't win this evening, they'll go to Pretoria for their quarter-final.

    Munster v Ulster (17.15BST)

Ulster had planned to name an unchanged side from the one that beat Leinster last time out but influential centre Stuart McCloskey has been a late withdrawal.

Jude Postlethwaite comes into the midfield, with Aaron Sexton taking the centre's place among the replacements.

For Munster, with all that's at stake, Graham Rowntree has recalled big guns Peter O'Mahony and RG Snyman.

    Munster v Ulster (17.15BST)

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the final few hours of the URC regular season.

It's been an eventful Round 18 already so here is where we stand going into Munster's hosting of Ulster in Thomond Park.

Benetton sealed their place in the play-offs earlier today with a home win over an Edinburgh side who now know their season is over.

The Lions beat the Stormers to vault themselves into the end of season conversation too, although they could yet be pipped to the post by Ospreys who play Cardiff at 17.30 BST.

In the top four, Munster's destiny is all in their own hands - win and they finish top and have home advantage through the play-offs.

At present that spot is held by Leinster, ahead of Glasgow by virtue of points difference, but the Bulls are presently putting the finishing touches on an away win over the Sharks.

For Ulster, they're in the play-offs already, it's all a matter of who they'll play and making absolutely sure of their spot in next season's Champions Cup.
