If you ever needed an example of how Bristol Bears play, that is it.

It looks a bit loose, it looks like they're not going anywhere and then all of a sudden they get a gap.

When you've got the pace and the accuracy of their outside backs, Courtney Keight couldn't get an easier run in.

Gloucester lock Sam Monaghan went down during that long phase of play and is now getting extensive treatment.

It looks like a problem with her knee, and she is going to be carried off on a stretcher.

Never nice to see, and Monaghan rightly gets applauded from the field by the crowd.

A fantastic move by Bristol, terrific wing play down the right before passing inside and getting right to the line.

But the ball is held up! Hannah Jones with a terrific piece of last-gasp defending to keep Gloucester level.

Bears are racking up the penalties early doors. They have had the majority of possession, although have done little with it so far.

Given we expect Gloucester to grow into this game, Bristol will want to make this good spell count.
