One of the most eagerly anticipated clashes tonight will be in the centres.

Connacht have gone for an explosive mix of youth and veteran, with 21-year-old Hugh Gavin being selected at no.13 alongside international Bundee Aki who turned 35 just last week.

The Parisians have went for Fijian guile in the form of deadly-duo Vinaya Habosi and Josua Tuisova as they aim for a place in final four.

    Connacht v Racing 92 (20:00 BST)

It was a good weekend for Leinster in the Investec Champions Cup, but not for Munster.

Leo Cullen's side enjoyed a 52-0 home win against Glasgow Warriors on Friday to book their place in the semi-finals where they will face either Northampton.

Munster, however, were dumped out of the competition earlier today after a 47-29 defeat against Bordeaux in France on Saturday.

Ulster were not in action after being knocked out by Bordeaux in the previous round.

  12. Five changes for Connacht & Farrell on Racing benchpublished at 19:40 British Summer Time 12 April

    Connacht v Racing 92 (20:00 BST)

Connacht have made five changes for this European Challenge Cup quarter-final against Racing 92.

The province got the better of fellow United Rugby Championship side Cardiff in the last 16 last weekend without captain Cian Prendergast.

The blind-side flanker returns to the six jersey for the visit from the Top 14 outfit, with Josh Murphy moving back into the second row for the tie.

He will be partnered by former Bristol Bears lock Joe Joyce, who also missed the game against Cardiff.

Prop Denis Buckley starts at loose-head prop, while scrum-half Ben Murphy is fit again after finger surgery.

Shayne Bolton will miss out because of a quad strain with his place on the wing to be taken by Shane Jennings.

The visitors, who are 10th in the Top 14, have named former England captain Owen Farrell on the bench.

The ex-Saracens fly-half started against Perpignan last weekend but England Under-20s playmaker Dan Lancaster - the son of former England coach Stuart - has been handed the number 10 shirt.

Connacht: Hansen; Jennings, Gavin, Aki, Treacy; Hanrahan, B Murphy; Buckley, Heffernan, Bealham, J Murphy, Joyce, Prendergast (capt), Hurley-Langton, Jansen.

Replacements: Tierney-Martin, Dooley, Aungier, Dowling, Boyle, Devine, Ioane, Forde.

Racing 92: James; Naituvi, Habosi, Tuisova, Spring (capt); Lancaster, Le Garrec; Ben Arous, Escobar, Bamba, Palu, Rowlands, Baudonne, Kpoku, Joseph.

Ospreys arguably had the better of proceedings, but a missed opportunity at the end of the first half and Dan Edwards' missed conversion meant they were always behind on the scoreboard.

It is that man again, Mickael Guillard, who has caused Ospreys all sorts of issues at the breakdown since coming on at half-time.

He wins yet another penalty, and Lyon opt to kick to the corner rather than extend their lead.

    Into the final minute.
