    Dragons 24-14 Ulster

Everyone take a breather, me included.

Five tries in a frenetic first half that also saw each side receive a yellow card.

Ulster have been sloppy while the Dragons have been energetic.

It is all still very much in the balance at Rodney Parade.

  8. Postpublished at 17:59 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Dragons 24-14 Ulster

More misery for Stewart Moore as he is un-ceremoniously dumped in midfiled by a double Dragons' hit. He will be feeling that one tomorrow.

Rhodri Williams (try) Will Reed (conv.) - 35mins

Yet more tries here at Rodney Parade!

Stewart Moore is somehow stolen in midfield while he is in full flow and the Dragons attack.

The balls makes its way to Huw Anderson who blitzes through the Ulster defence before shifting it inside to Williams for simplest fo finishes.

Reed is accurate with the conversion.

    Dragons 17-7 Ulster

The first carry from Stuart McCloskey brings the ball into the Dragons half, but he lacks support when he hits the deck and is pinged for holding on after good pressure from Aneurin Owen.

  15. Postpublished at 17:44 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Dragons 17-7 Ulster

My goodness Ulster almost concede again.

Super kick down field after a break from deep from Rhodri Williams and Dragons secure another lineout.

They push for the line but Ulster escape with a penalty.

Likely the best passage of play from the Dragons we have see all season.

Huw Anderson (try) Will Reed (conv.) - 21mins

Ulster are punished for their penalty count.

Dragons kick a penalty to touch and drive it close to the line before the ball is fired right and on comes Anderson to dive down close to the posts.

Reed again is good with the conversion.

    So close for the Dragons

An excellent kick fro the Dragons onto the right wing where Rio Dyer looks set to touch down but Nathan Doak manages to get there first and knock it out.

  18. Postpublished at 17:37 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Dragons 10-7 Ulster

Huge kick from Jack Murphy off the back of a penalty inside his own half, Ulster lineout.

Nick Timoney is the taker with Rob Herring in the bin and it shows as he overthrows, oh dear.

Reed makes no mistake from straight in front

  20. Sin-binpublished at 17:34 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Rob Herring - 14mins

Clear head contact from Rob Herring on Matthew Screech and the referee Griffin Colby produces a yellow card. Perhaps fortunate that the Ulsterman will be coming back after only 10 minutes.
