That was better from the Scarlets. More purposeful carries from their forwards has changed this second-half.

Manus van der Merwe is convinced he has got the ball down over the line. He looks pleadingly at the referee but Matthew Carley says Jac Morgan is blocking the way.

    No try and Ospreys clear.

Taking the throw is Marnus van der Merwe... Ryan Elias did not make it out fore the second half.

Alex Craig is also on for Scarlets. They need his bulk to counter Davies and Beard.

Sam Wainwright also on as Dwayne Peel looks to turn things around.

But Scarlets have got Blair Murray who seems about as hard to keep hold of as a bar of soap in the shower!

Keelan Giles lined him up but Murray slithers clear and then again out of the grasp of Adam Beard. He's so exciting.

It'll be interesting to see how Ospreys start this second-half tactically.

They don't need to play any rugby they just need to manage the field, Scarlets barely did anything that first-half.

Ospreys number eight Morgan Morris has told S4C: "It was a pretty breathless first half and we're not used to this heat.

"But we have to concentrate now. We built up a big lead last week and let it slip so we can't allow that to happen again this time. We have to stay focused."

Just a reminder. If Ospreys win they will have a home quarter-final in Swansea next weekend against the winners of Lyon and Sharks who are playing at the same time.

That looks like Lyon who are leading 27-7 at half-time.

If Scarlets make a miraculous recovery and win here in Swansea they will be away in the last eight, either in France or South Africa.

So as it stands it looks like an Ospreys v Lyon quarter-final tie here in Swansea next Saturday tea time. Things can change though!

Ospreys have really managed the middle of the field in the first half.

Scarlets will really have to work hard to try and get themselves back into the game.

In case you were wondering, Ryan Elias came back onto the field just before that fourth try.

It's about the only good news I can offer Scarlets fans right now.

No bonus point but could that be the game already?

Scarlets had referee Matt Carley's warning ringing in their ears then and never looked like they got properly set to defend that driving lineout.

And Dan Edwards converts superbly from the touchline.

There had been some pre-match needle with Ospreys prop Gareth Thomas admitting his side had been affected by comments made by Scarlets number eight Taine Plumtree who said Scarlets would show their rivals "no respect".

This spilled over with Justin Tipuric and Vaea Fifita exchanging pleasantries in a fiery opening quarter.

And Henry Thomas and Morgan Morris squared up after the Scarlets prop had taken out Dan Edwards off the ball.

    Good old-fashioned derby needle.

Richie Rees mentioned earlier how unlucky Reuben Morgan-Williams has been to have missed out on a Wales call so far. And I'd agree wholeheartedly, of course.

But Rhys Davies is another who has been unlucky through injuries and selection not to have added to his three caps.

He's such a powerful player and Wales don't have enough of those!

He has carried so well today already.
