Japan are playing at such a tempo that Ireland have struggled with. Ireland's scramble defence has been good but Japan's speed and handling are lovely to watch.

Ireland are struggling to live with the pace of Japan here, but the visitors give away a penalty and Crowley can clear.

Ireland lose the ball and Tomoki Osada dances around four or five green shirts to bring Japan up field.

Tommy O'Brien saves the day with a big intervention. But Japan are looking dangerous with the ball in hand.

Tommy O'Brien would be relieved to see the referee bring that one back. Japan are mixing it up really well.

Japan are fairly throwing it about and there's nearly a wonder pass out wide to Kippei Ishida, but it drifted forward and Ireland will have the scrum.
