    Exeter v Toulouse (17:30 GMT)

Toulouse have made four changes from the side who kickstarted the defence of their title with a nine-try thumping of Ulster last Sunday.

Juan Cruz Mallia is named on the wing, while prop Rodrigue Neti, hooker Julien Marchand and flanker Francois Cros are named in the starting XV.

There's a note here about some guy retaining the captaincy. Supposed to be decent, apparently.

Let's take a look now at the team news for both sides at Sandy Park, and once we've done that, we'll go through both line-ups fully.

First, Exeter: They have England centre Henry Slade back to steer them from fly-half.

Slade is one of five Exeter changes after being rested for their opening Pool 1 defeat by South African side Sharks in Durban.

The other alterations come in the pack as props Will Goodrick-Clarke and Ehren Painter, lock Rusi Tuima and number eight Ross Vintcent are all recalled.

Wales captain Dafydd Jenkins is on the bench, and set to play for the first time since July after recovering from shoulder surgery.

His score was something to add on to a load of other really good things he did.

He was brilliant at the line-out, stole one of the Toulon throws, had a turnover at one of the mauls. He's been fantastic and he's been a brilliant find.

A lot of youngsters got a lot out of that game.

"That's the beauty of sport – that you can go into a game and, if you get things right, then you can achieve things as a group that is almost beyond what anyone would think."

The words during the week of Rob Baxter, Exeter's director of rugby, facing up to the challenge of Toulouse in Champions Cup Pool One this evening.

It's a huge challenge: On one side, a team who have lost all seven of their Premiership matches this season. On the other, the reigning European champions and Top 14 leaders.

Maybe it's the easiest Champions Cup game of the weekend to predict. Or maybe sport will do its thing and confound us. That's why we're here, isn't it? Because you never know.

Two points from the Riviera for Glasgow - and we'll keep an ear out for any further reaction there as we switch to Devon for the final Champions Cup match of the weekend, with some thoughts on the test of trying to triumph in adversity...

This is an impressive win for Toulon. Going two from two and the way they went about it, Glasgow tested them in some areas.

Physically they were at it, had a tonne of breakdown turnovers. Their threat was 'can we defend, can we contain, can we pounce?'

Being able to find a way to win is huge and they've done that more recently than they have done in recent years.

Two points, you've got to be happy with them, but Glasgow will know they should have got more.

The plan was to roll off the bench and there were moments when they could have put their foot down more. There will be a lot of frustration, but [this competition] is a marathon.

At one point we thought they wouldn't even get a point, let alone two.

Full time is blown and tempers flare.

    Most importantly, Toulon have won!

A try-bonus point and a losing bonus point isn't a bad return from the south of France, but that feels like an opportunity lost for Glasgow.

    Johnny Matthews

Johnny Matthews is over the line but Matthew Carley hasn't given it. Is there double movement in there?

    The referee gives the try.

And George Horne, under immense pressure, slots the kick from out wide with seconds left. Talk about minerals!

Glasgow's throw is good but so is Toulon's maul.

They have a penalty advantage coming... and they've got it now. A quick tap.

Glasgow have a throw in the corner. This is the moment.

Kyle Rowe appearas to have launched it straight out of play, but he's claiming Marius Domon has slapped it into touch.

It looks deliberate. Matthew Carley is looking at it now, as is the TMO.

Glasgow win a penalty on the edge of the 22m from the restart. They want a fourth try and a losing bonus point. That would be consolation at least.

    Baptiste Serin

Unsurprisingly, Toulon indicate they want the three points.

It's a shade over the 10m line from Baptiste Serin, who has nailed his three kicks today... and he makes it four.

A two-score game now, and that might be it.

Mistakes creeping into both sides now. Both sides wary of losing it.

Henco Venter clings onto an ankle in the ruck and the advantage is coming to the hosts.

Glasgow have a shot here, but they're close to throwing it away.

A couple of penalties go Glasgow's way before Leicester Fainga'anuku wins a huge turnover to put Toulon back in a dangerous position.

The centre has had an enormous game, but he now departs. Setariki Tuicuvu comes on, a Fijian international.

Jare Oguntibeju squirms through the Toulon maul and wins the penalty.

He's had a big second-half - in only his third top-class game of rugby.

Born in South Africa to Nigerian parents, but grew up in Edinburgh and only took up rugby at 17.

Now 22, and absolutely bossing it in the Champions Cup. Wow.

Facundo Isa wins a penalty at the breakdown - again - and it's kicked into the corner.

Can Glasgow hold out? The first shove is good, and it's sloppy from Toulon. They're after the bonus point try but it's not working at the moment.

Matt Fagerson then scoops it out the ruck and wins the ball back.

A first professional try for the big second row!

He's hanging around waiting on the edge of the ruck, George Horne feeds him, and the Pilton-raised lock slams over the line.

    Duncan Weir slots the conversion.
