For some players it has lasted over 13 months, but Wales' rugby season is - finally - about to reach its conclusion.

After back-to-back defeats against the Wallabies, Warren Gatland's side finish their summer tour of Australia with one last fixture against Queensland Reds.

It is an uncapped match, and a chance for Gatland to test more of his fringe men, with five players getting a first start for Wales this morning.

As important as it is to give players game-time in a Wales shirt, the priority today must be a victory.

Wales, after all, have lost nine straight internationals, meaning any win would be most welcome.

If they are to triumph, Wales will have to do so without the man who was named as their captain for this game, with the withdrawal of Cory Hill for "personal reasons" announced in the last few minutes.

Let's have a look at what that means for the Wales team.
