    Elinor Snowsill
Former Wales fly-half on BBC Radio Cymru

Another incredible try, the whole crowd are up for that one.

The Welsh forwards are tiring towards the end of this first half and spaces are opening up.

Dupont is so good, you give him half an inch and he'll make the most of it.

Theo Attissogbe try, Thomas Ramos con

France take advantage of the extra man and it's more magic from Antoine Dupont.

He weaves his way through the defence before setting up Theo Attissogbe for his second try.

  3. Evan Lloyd in trouble?published at 32 mins

    France 14-0 Wales

    Emyr Lewis
Former Wales flanker on BBC Radio Cymru

I don't think there's really any mitigating circumstances there.

He [Bielle-Biarrey] doesn't duck into the tackle.

I think that'll end up being a red card.

    France 14-0 Wales

Evan Lloyd is off to the sin bin after his shoulder made contact with the head of Louis Bielle-Biarrey.

The card is under review, it could be upgraded to a red.

  5. 'Wales just can't muscle up'published at 31 mins

    France 14-0 Wales

    Ugo Monye
Former England winger on BBC Radio 5Live

Wales just can't muscle up against France, we're talking about a contact sport and keeping hold of the ball.

If you can't physically overcome your opponents then the defence can get on top of the attack and the defence wins.

  6. Postpublished at 30 mins

    France 14-0 Wales

Evan Lloyd overthrows the Welsh lineout, Nick Tompkins attempts to clean up but knocks-on.

    They've gifted France back possession.

    Elinor Snowsill
Former Wales fly-half on BBC Radio Cymru

His [Watkin] knee is heavily strapped and it looked like something happened just before the contact.

    He looks in real pain.

  8. Replacementpublished at 26 mins

    France 14-0 Wales

A sad sight as Owen Watkin is carried off the field.

It's a horrible watch on the replay, hopefully it's not a serious as it looks.

On a more positive note, it's a first cap for Dan Edwards who comes on at fly-half, with Ben Thomas moving to centre.

  9. 'A walk-in'published at 25 mins

    France 14-0 Wales

    Josh Navidi
Former Wales and British and Irish Lions back row on BBC Radio Wales

I think Wales over-called it there, just the boys didn't get back round the corner.

France had the space to move that, nice little off-load over the top and it was a walk-in you would say.

    France 14-0 Wales

    Elinor Snowsill
Former Wales fly-half on BBC Radio Cymru

All of the French backs are so dangerous on the ball.

They sucked in the Welsh defenders and picked their time to attack.

Louis Bielle-Biarrey try, Thomas Ramos con

Both wingers are on the scoresheet now.

It's a wonderful pass from Thomas Ramos to put the winger over.

Wales did well to keep France out for the first 20 minutes, but they look unstoppable in this mood.

    France 7-0 Wales

    Elinor Snowsill
Former Wales fly-half on BBC Radio Cymru

That's really lifted the crowd. Wales did so well to quieten the crowd, they'd defended well.

But as soon as they gave the penalty away, it gave Dupont the option to take the kick.

  13. 'That kick was right on the money'published at 20 mins

    France 7-0 Wales

    James Hook
Former Wales fly-half on BBC Radio Wales

Just as we were saying Antoine Dupont wasn't having his best game we rubbed him up the wrong way. That was a great kick, what a cross-field kick. That kick was right on the money.

  14. Postpublished at 19 mins

    France 7-0 Wales

    Emyr Lewis
Former Wales flanker on BBC Radio Cymru

How many times have we seen Dupont look up and use that skill to pick a man out?

His kicking is as accurate as a pass.

    A brilliant try for them.

Theo Attissogbe try, Thomas Ramos con

A moment of magic from that man Antoine Dupont.

The forwards couldn't find a way through, so he puts in a pinpoint crossfield kick for Theo Attissogbe who scores in the corner.

The first try of the championship is a cracker!

  16. 'The space is there'published at 16 mins

    France 0-0 Wales

    Josh Navidi
Former Wales and British and Irish Lions back row on BBC Radio Wales

Wales are going through the phases of space there, but what a great read by Antoine Dupont again. The defensive set they are putting up, they come up so hard in collective togetherness. The space is there out wide.

  17. Close!published at 15 mins

    France 0-0 Wales

Antoine Dupont flies out of the line and forces a knock-on from Nick Tompkins, the ball is hacked through and it's a foot race to the line.

Wales were lucky that Gregory Alldritt knocked the ball on or it was try time.

  18. Postpublished at 13 mins

    France 0-0 Wales

It's a big carry from Wales hooker Evan Lloyd on his first start, but he's penalised for holding on and Wales' leave the French 22 empty-handed.

  19. Postpublished at 11 mins

    France 0-0 Wales

    Emyr Lewis
Former Wales flanker on BBC Radio Cymru

Tom Rogers was brilliant during the autumn but he got injured then we didn't get to see more of him.

But he's highly competitive in the air.

I'm sure they'll try to use those kicks.

  20. Postpublished at 11 mins

    France 0-0 Wales

Ben Thomas puts in a perfectly weighted cross-field kick and Tom Rogers is unlucky not to get on the end of it.

Thomas looks full of confidence on the biggest of stages.
