We're back to kick tennis in the latest Wimbledon tribute act.

It eventually ends with an Irish throw just inside the Georgia half, but they knock it on when they look to get things moving.

Ireland finally get on top from the scrum and win the penalty.

Prendergast brings play up to halfway.

Either way, that's two disallowed tries for Georgia and they were two fingertips of a ball away from being within touching distance of Ireland.

The scoreline doesn't reflect the pattern of the game.

That's another let off for Ireland.

The ball just got away from the Georgia hooker as he looked to fall over the line.

Richard Cockerill and the home support aren't pleased, but I think that's the right call.

Ireland will now have the scrum on their own five-metre line.

Vano Karkadze crashes over but Andrea Pirardi immediately wants it checked.

Was there an infringement? He thinks it might have been knocked on.

Now here come Georgia as Karkadze brings the ball up to five metres out. They have a penalty advantage as well.

Play is brought back after they throw it straight into the arms of Stuart McCloskey, and Matkava pops it into the corner.

Prendergast makes it look easy and he lands the penalty with a lovely kick from range.

That's 10 points in five minutes for the Irish.

It took Ireland 100 seconds to score in the first half, and that was less than 60 seconds after the restart.

    Quick starts both time around.

    Stunning from Ireland!

Gavin Coombes picks up a loose ball in his own half and feeds Calvin Nash, who puts his foot flat to the floor and scampers off down the left wing.

It's popped inside to Ryan Baird, who does really well to get the ball away to captain Craig Casey, who is able to race clear to score.

Class, class score. Prendergast adds the extras.

Will Georgia pick up where they left off or can Ireland respond?

It's a class picture either way.

It shouldn't be too long before we are back under way in Tbilisi.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how pretty the anthems were before kick-off?

The stadium was in darkness, with only the players lit up and the crowd played their part by using torches on their phones in the stands.

The anthems were sung by a local choir, which was another nice touch.

Not everything has to be big and bold. Simple, but very effective.

After a strike rate of a try every four minutes, Tommy O'Brien is now going through a 32-minute drought without scoring.

I'm only joking, of course. It was a dream start to life in green for the Leinster wing.

Darragh Murray has not been as focal, but he's been busy in the line out on his debut.

Don't forget, we could see first appearances for Michael Milne, Jack Aungier, Tom Ahern and Ben Murphy in the second half.

That will be so disappointing for Jacob Stockdale.

Two caps in the past two seasons and both have been cut short through injury.

After a strong season for Ulster, he'll have been hoping to use this tour as a springboard back into regular Test contention but not to be again for the Ulster wing.

Jalagonia's try was scored in the 44th minute.

Fair play to Georgia, they won the penalty with the clock in the red on their own line, and decided to go for it.

It would have been so easy to tap the ball and end the half, but their gamble has paid off and they are right in this one.

Ireland interim head coach Paul O'Connell on RugbyPass TV: "It's a very important game. We've a load of guys who are just dying for an opportunity.

"You wonder how they will take that opportunity, particularly when some of them hadn't played games in a little while.

"I'm very happy with how they were going about their business. There was a load of intent to what they did and they were really accurate with that intent."

Georgia win the throw and the home crowd are trying to roar their side over the line.

They have the penalty advantage, and play is brought back for an infringement at the maul.

Craig Casey is given a warning by Pirardi after Ryan Baird brought it down.

    It's back into the corner.
