Every occasion is special in a Welsh jersey – Lake

Wales centre Kerin Lake says it will be an emotional occasion when she runs out for her 50th cap on Saturday.

The 34-year-old who took time out in 2014 to have her son Jacob hopes to show more women in professional sport that having a family is possible.
