'If you can handle the Boks, you've a big future'

Forwards coach Jonathan Humphreys says it is "exciting" for his inexperienced Wales pack to face world champions South Africa at Twickenham on Saturday.

Springboks lock Eben Etzebeth has only one fewer cap (119) than the 120 total of the entire Welsh pack now that prop Keiron Assiratti has replaced injured original pick Henry Thomas.

But Humphreys says "superstars" can emerge from adversity for Wales.
