Gatland admits replacement error in Wales' loss to Fiji
Warren Gatland admits there was an error with his replacements during Wales' loss to Fiji.
Fly-half Sam Costelow was sent on to play on the wing, out of position, after replacing the injured Mason Grady.
But it was Cardiff scrum-half Ellis Bevan who had meant to be introduced at Principality Stadium as Gatland's side lost 24-19 in the Welsh capital.
