'Rugby helped my resilience' - para-athlete Walsh
Para discus thrower Harrison Walsh tells fellow Paralympian Olivia Breen how his short-lived rugby career has helped him cope with injury setbacks.
Speaking on BBC Sport Wales' 'Olivia Breen's Paris Diaries', Walsh explains how he coped with getting injured the day before he was due to compete at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
Walsh played rugby for Wales at under-18 level and was part of Ospreys' academy - until a serious knee injury ended his career.
A few years later he took up para athletics and is now preparing for the Paris Paralympics.
You can catch the show every Monday at 18:30 BST on BBC Radio Wales or listen again on BBC Sounds.
