Salisbury and Skupski join forces at the net - both volleying - and it pays off as the latter puts Granollers under pressure in the corner and the Spaniard returns wide for 40-15.

A couple of big serves from Granollers seals the hold. That was a bit more confident than his last service game where the Brits broke serve.

Early birds catch the doubles.

There is a very healthy crowd on Arthur Ashe Stadium, with most of the lower bowl full and thousands more dotted around the upper tier.

That's two double faults in one game from Granollers. He looked shaky there and it's the Brits with the advantage in set one.

We've seen a couple of unusual moments now where Granollers and Zeballos appear to go for the same ball.

Anyway a Salisbury forehand winner moves the Brits to 15-30 before a double fault from Granollers hands over two break points.

Almost a collision as both Granollers and Zeballos go for the volleys at the net but other than that it's smooth sailing again for the French Open champions.
