Cam Norrie's composure today has been top-notch.

There have been plenty of moments where he could have panicked but he has been so solid.

Draper pushes one wide when on break point and we're still going in the fourth game, which is on deuce for a fourth time.

I love it when the ball bounces off the line. You see the white chalk fly into the air just as it did then when Iga Swiatek powered down an ace to hold serve.

No need to challenge that one.

Iga Swiatek is certainly not having it all her own way here and Petra Martic is sticking with her the whole way.

Apart from the one break, Martic has looked so assured on serve.

There's tension in the crowd as they know how close this match is.

That's got the crowd going! One fan starts a chant of "Norrie, Norrie, Norrie".

Some of his fellow spectators respond with the traditional "oi, oi, oi".

But there's a good few who choose to go with "Jack, Jack, Jack".

I'm not sure it has quite the same ring to it.

That's better aggressive energy there from Jack Draper.

He has to do something and start taking chances.

Cam Norrie can't really play much better but Draper hasn't hit his best level yet.

I think it's such a shame that the women's matches - bar the British players and Gauff/Svitolina/Jabeur - don't seem to have much interest from the crowds on Centre Court. It was the same at Roland Garros. Swiatek isn't having it all her own way here at all, and it could be a tight match yet.

If Jack Draper is to win this he will have to take this to five sets. A hold to 15 is a decent way to start off the third set.

Elena Rybakina, the 2022 Wimbledon champion, is a set up on court two, however the fourth seed dropped a service game in the second set to Germany's Laura Siegemund before breaking back.

Elsewhere, on court 17, 21st seed Elina Svitolina sealed a straight-set victory over German Jule Niemeier 6-3 6-4.

"Wooh, wooh, wooh." That's one fan's celebration for Cam Norrie taking a two-set lead.

Jack Draper, looking a bit dejected, trundles off the court slowly for a bathroom break.

Cameron Norrie is one set away from knocking out the British number one. He raced into a 4-0 lead and a double break, got pegged back with Draper winning three games in a row, but it was not enough as Norrie kept his class and his composure to see out the set.

It's not the greatest atmosphere inside Centre Court right now but Iga Swiatek is going about her work before Andy Murray - joined by his brother Jamie - will take centre stage.

The atmosphere will certainly be ferocious for that one.

  16. 'You would think Norrie is still British number one'published at 18:05 British Summer Time 4 July

    Nick Kyrgios

The Cam Norrie backhand is so solid.

That was a good response from Jack Draper though.

You'd expect him to ask some questions here, maybe chip a couple of returns in and try and get as many balls in play as possible.

To be honest, Norrie has looked really, really good. You would think he is still British number one with the way he is playing, his body language and the way he has conducted himself.

Tomorrow's singles-only order of play has been released and Emma Raducanu is second on Centre Court, when she will face ninth seed Maria Sakkari.

First up at 13:30 BST is a really tasty third-rounder between defending champion Carlos Alcaraz and 29th seed Frances Tiafoe.

World number one Jannik Sinner closes the programme on Centre against Miomir Kecmanovic.

On Court One, 2019 US Open champion Bianca Andreescu opens against Italian seventh seed Jasmine Paolini before two crowd-pleasers share the stage - Grigor Dimitrov and Gael Monfils.

Britain's Sonay Kartal plays second seed Coco Gauff in the last match of the day on Court One.
